Technicien de Maintenance Basé à El Jadida

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Maintenance, vous serez amené à assurer les opérations de maintenance corrective et préventive des équipements de fabrication.

Vos activités au quotidien…

  • Assurer l’application et le respect des règles et consignes de sécurité et environnement liées au poste ;
  • Assurer le respect des règles d’hygiène liées au poste : application du NQMS, 5S et HACCP ;
  • Appliquer les procédures et les bonnes pratiques relatives à votre rôle AMM ;
  • Intervenir en cas de panne en toute sécurité et efficacité ;
  • Entretenir et réparer les machines et équipements ;
  • Assurer la maintenance préventive ;
  • Informer les autres techniciens des anomalies et des travaux non terminés ;
  • Participer aux projets d’amélioration continue.

Vos atouts pour réussir…

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+2/+3 en Génie mécanique ou Electromécanique ;
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 2 années dans un poste similaire
  • Vous maitrisez la langue française à l’écrit comme à l’oral ;
  • Vous êtes capable d’utiliser l’outil informatique ;
  • Vous avez du leadership, de bonnes qualités relationnelles, un bon sens d’initiative et un esprit de travail en équipe.

Medical Delegate

You will be responsible for the ethical promotion of Nestlé’s infant products by actively educating healthcare professionals on the products’ features and benefits while providing them with accurate guidelines on the appropriate usage of the product. More importantly, you are required to advise that new born babies should be strictly breastfeed in their first 6 months if breastfeeding is a possible option. Quality Assurance Specialist Casablanca

You will be responsible of handling the Consumer complaints as well as Goal Alignment pillar for MENA Quality Department.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Coordinate with local and IMS factories for investigation of Consumer complaints and follow up for action completion.
  • Verify and validate the investigation reports provided by the factories i.e. RC and actions.
  • Validate the Quality complaints data in Engage system in alignment with CCCC team.
  • Ensure Complaints data management (reporting in MOR, BRQ NiM etc.)
  • Conduct contributor analysis for consumer complaints per business and presented to the relevant business on Quarterly basis in QBR.
  • Investigate the counterfeited product in involvement with the Legal, Business and NQACs.
  • Arrange Sensory sessions to be attended by stakeholders as appropriate as part of the investigation of CC and counterfeited products.
  • Support Quality Department on Goal Alignment methodologies.
  • Support the Quality Department on problem solving techniques.
  • Coordinate to update the information in the sites, files, etc.

What Will Mak You Successful…

  • Master’s degree in in food science, biochemistry or microbiology or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Factory Quality department.
  • Experience in Investigation of issues i.e. complaint from consumer/customer/supplier, Quality Near miss.
  • Proven experience in digital tools.
